RETURN POLICY

At The Mad Crafter LLC, we take pride in crafting unique and personalized items tailored to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, please review our return policy outlined below:

Non-Returnable Items

All sales of personalized items, including but not limited to custom cards, glass blocks, and wine bottles, are final and non-refundable. These items are created specifically for you, and as such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at themadcrafterllc@aol.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Once an order for a personalized item has been placed, it enters our production process promptly. Therefore, cancellations or modifications are not possible after the order is confirmed.

General Merchandise

For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
